So simple, so scrumptious! This bowl of goodness is bursting with flavor and provides the right mix of nutrients to power your morning or replenish you after a long day of work. 

Recipe Ingredient Details: 
½ cup cooked steel-cut oats
½ cup roasted vegetables (mix of diced sweet pepper, sweet potato and zucchini)
½ cup sautéed torn Swiss chard
1 cooked egg, halved
3 tablespoons purchased salsa verde
2 tablespoons cilantro and avocado
Recipe Instructions: 
Place cooked oats in a bowl and top with piles of roasted vegetables and sautéed chard. Top with cooked egg halves and salsa verde and garnish with chopped cilantro and avocado.
