½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 slices reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
6 whole-grain buns (toasted)
6 lettuce leaves
6 organic tomato slices
Purple onion slices, avocado, salsa (for toppings)
Recipe Instructions: 
Combine the lean ground beef with the next 4 ingredients. Shape into 12 equal-sized patties for 6 servings or 16 patties for 8 servings.
