Thanks to creative brands, yogurt has evolved from a breakfast food to one appropriate for almost any occasion: as an on-the-go snack, a dessert or even a meal replacement. The natural marketplace has put an emphasis on varieties with less sugar, more protein and intriguing flavors. At Natural Products Expo East — a natural products trade show hosted by Delicious Living’s parent company, New Hope Network — we visited the Maple Hill Creamery, Forager and Icelandic Provisions booths to see what's new.
