You fail to notify people that Soy is a natural Estrogen. Also, you do not mention
that the brown rices & grains may have too much fiber for senior adults who often develop stomach problems from too much fiber.

How about alternatives.

These are really essential plant proteins that are essential for the body. These protein foods are better than animal protein and you can eat them without any guilt. They will not add to weight and are best as protein supplements.
