I didn't realize that spinach is a source of magnesium, and that magnesium helps with the regulation of cortisol. With all of the other wonderful foods in this article, I need to go make a spinach salad with blueberries, avocados, asparagus and cashew dressing!

With so many DELICIOUS and nutrient packed options - I know I won't need to 'stress out' about not getting adequate nutrition! I will definitely be incorporating more of these foods into my meals and snacks.
